We want to focus on Bengal Cats, Tamaskan dogs and Fennec Foxes. Though we will also have a small section dedicated to other smaller animals for those who live in homes that will only allow caged animals such as rodents, fish and reptiles. Though Fennec Foxes may qualify as a caged animal due to fact that they need to be caged when not under supervision. You will need to speak to your lanlord, some may allow a therapy dog or cat if it is suggested by a doctor. Please check the other Aludra pages for further information on such matters.
Other Goals
Yearly local fundraising events to raise money for the animals of Aludra and to keep the project going.
To open an online store where profits help fund the project and to be able to cover living expenses to make this a full time service rather than just a personal project.
Aludra Therapy Animals is a registered breeder of Life Dogs Plus+ and we would like have Life Dogs Plus+ registered as an official organisation and charity.
To collaborate with multiple animal shelters to help homeless animals find a home to. Shelters also have kittens and puppies available from time to time, don't forget that adult animals that can be just as cute and even more grateful for giving them a home..
To receive food, item and toy donations as well as the standard fund donations. Excess supplies will be donated to animal shelters.
To possibly open a therapy pet and supply store in the future. Which has all the specialist equipment for service animals as well as the standard pet supplies.
High five! We can do this together!
To earn enough funds to be able to donate several animals of choice a year to those who are diagnosed with conditions that require therapy animals and desperately need them but can not afford them. Depending on the funds available we may also be able to lower the price of our animals to make them more affordable to those diagnosed with conditions that require therapy animals. (Sadly if you do not have a diagnosed condition we will not be able to offer a discount. You will also need a letter from your doctor and a labeled harness to be able to keep your animal with you at all times.)
Have enough funds to make yearly donations to various charities and organisations.
To have a table at various animal related events to help people become aware of the beneficial effects of owning and animal or therapy animal.
